‘Triathlon Pink’ is a fantastic initiative for the Australian sporting community, where an event’s total focus is for women only. The Triathlon Pink goals include:

Triathlon Pink is all about getting in and having a go with friends and family at an event that you will remember forever. You can compete as an individual and complete the whole course on your own or get together with a group of friends and compete as team where you can complete one of the legs much like a relay.

Since its inception in 2007 The Ramsay Health Care Triathlon Pink Series has seen over 5,000 females cross a Triathlon Pink finish line and has raised over $180,000 for the series charity, the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

2009 will see the series expand into a 7 event series with new events in Hobart, Adelaide and on the Sunshine Coast added to Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.
